Each plan includes different credit allocations for text, image, voice, video, and code generation. Visit our pricing page for full details.

The Free plan includes 10 text credits per month and access to basic AI models. It's perfect for trying out the platform before committing to a paid plan.

We support USD, LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee), INR (Indian Rupee), PKR (Pakistani Rupee), and BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Prices are automatically shown in your local currency when available.

We occasionally offer promotional pricing on select plans. When a promotion is active, you'll see both the original and promotional prices on our pricing page. Promotions have expiration dates and are clearly marked.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment gateway. The payment gateway is automatically selected based on your location and currency for the best experience.

Billing is monthly. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing cycle starts immediately. Your subscribed date becomes your billing anchor — you'll be billed on the same date each month. Your next billing date is always shown in your billing dashboard.

Go to your Billing page from your dashboard. You can view your complete payment history, download invoices, and see your current plan details and usage statistics.

Absolutely. We never store your full card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We only store the last 4 digits of your card for your reference.

Yes. You can add a payment method from your Billing page — we'll place a temporary $1 authorization hold (immediately refunded) to verify the card. You can remove your payment method only if you're on the Free plan.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time from your Billing page or the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with full plan pricing. Your usage resets to the new plan limits.

No, we don't offer proration. When you upgrade, you pay the full monthly price of the new plan immediately. However, you get full fresh credits and your billing cycle resets, so you get a complete month on your new plan. We recommend using your allocated credits before upgrading since credits don't roll over.

Yes. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep all your current plan features and remaining credits until then. At the end of the cycle, you'll automatically move to the lower plan.

Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel a pending downgrade anytime before it takes effect. Go to your Billing page and click "Cancel Downgrade." You'll stay on your current plan.

When a downgrade to the Free plan takes effect at the end of your billing cycle, your subscription is effectively cancelled. You'll keep the Free plan's 10 text credits. Your billing anchor is cleared and no future charges will be made.

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits across 5 categories: text, code, image, voice, and video. These are separate pools — text credits for chat and text generation, code credits for code generation, image credits for image generation, voice credits for voice synthesis, and video credits for video generation. More powerful AI models consume more credits per use.

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage patterns.

When you reach your monthly credit limit for any type (text, image, voice, video, or code), you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using that feature, or wait until your credits reset at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can check your remaining credits anytime from the Usage section in your dashboard. It shows your current balance for each credit type (text, image, voice, video, code) and how much you've used.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Billing page. Cancellation works as a downgrade to the Free plan — it's scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep all your current plan features until then. We'll ask for a cancellation reason to help us improve.

As per our Terms of Service, we charge on a monthly basis only and do not offer annual plans. Refunds are generally not provided. However, if you have not used any of your monthly credits, your refund request may be evaluated by our support team on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please raise a support ticket from your dashboard.

Each plan includes access to different AI models. The Free plan includes basic models only. All paid plans include access to both basic and premium AI models. We offer 800+ AI models across text, code, image, voice, and video capabilities.

Yes! We offer organization accounts with team management, centralized billing, and shared resource allocation. Organizations have their own payment flow, billing history, and member management. Contact us for enterprise pricing and organization setup.

You can reach our support team through the Support/Help section in your dashboard. We offer a ticket-based support system where you can track the status of your requests.

Your account remains active on the Free plan. Your chat history is preserved. We follow data retention policies and support GDPR requests for complete data deletion if needed.
